DUCATI CAFFE’ is renewing its style and cuisine thanks to the new collaboration since September with Emiliano Pascucci, La Pergola restaurant sous-chef. The new chef, Giuseppe De Rosa, has completely changed the Menu with his innovative wine and food proposals, to offer our clients the high quality of the Mediterranean cuisine, personalised for the DUCATI CAFFE’. The excellence is in choosing raw material and in making creative courses, light and tasty, in line with Italian culinary culture. Excellent peculiarities are home-made pasta, bread and desserts, without frozen products, as well as right and quality prices. The Menu pleases sophisticated eaters, lovers of Italian cuisine and vegetarians too, thanks to a selection of vegetarian courses. It's also possible to buy cold cuts and cheeses listed in the Menu. The DUCATI CAFFE’ so continues its renewing, to be once again a restaurant that, in its innovative “concept restaurant and lounge bar”, joins the world DUCATI and the top of Italian gastronomy.
