- Oyster tempura on a mayonnaise made from champagne and sea asparagus

SHOWCOOKING WITH THE CHEF EMILIANO PASCUCCI
On Wednesday 15th of July - 9.00 pm at DUCATI CAFFE’ in Rome will take place SHOWCOOKING with the chef EMILIANO PASCUCCI, sous-chef of the famous restaurant LA PERGOLA which boasts “Three Stars” of the “Michelin Guide”.
During the evening, the chef will introduce the menu prepared, will show the courses making and will guide the public in the tasting.
This appointment is part of a series of events promoted by DUCATI CAFFE’, in which the culinary art and the unique courses tasting are part of the same event, presented exclusively by protagonists of Italian cuisine. Each event will be attended by catering experts as well as representatives of Italian wine and food.
With this initiative, DUCATI CAFFE’ is once again a restaurant that, in its innovative “concept restaurant and lounge bar”, joins the world DUCATI and the top of Italian gastronomy, promoting events, sharing emotions and joing trends in the sign of excellence, style and Made in Italy.
